Outdated Software and Processes
Outdated software, and processes are significant issues in the real estate industry. With 96% of real estate transactions initiated on a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and further managed by an average of six other applications, inefficiencies are rampant. In a recent survey, 88% of real estate agents expressed dissatisfaction with the return on investment from the myriad services and subscriptions required to perform their duties. Upon further investigation, we found that the top three problems were fragmented workflows, high costs, and poor integration. Agents juggle multiple platforms for listings, CRM, showings, offers, and transactions, leading to inefficiencies and increased error rates. The cumulative cost of various subscriptions significantly cuts into agents' earnings, making it hard to justify the expense. Additionally, most of these applications do not integrate seamlessly, resulting in data silos and duplicated efforts.
